    Hi Antonia,

Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. As I have check your account, I found out that you have already exceeded SSL secured submission of your account which is 12 SSL submission and thats the reason why your form disabled. If this form already embedded into your website, would you mind if we ask you to provide us your website url where your form embedded for further assistance?

    Thank you!

Thanks for the response, it is not embedded in a website. The form was created 2 days ago, the only thing I have done is test the form and upload capacity with some files myself.

    Thank you

Since it's the first time, i have deleted 6 SSL submissions from your count and reactivated your account. But please remember that we can only do it once. May i suggest you to use a regular form instead of a secure form? You just need to change the form's URL from https://secure.. or https://www.. to http://www or http://form..

Feel free to contact us if you have any other questsions.
