Visual Multi Select Widget

Good Morning, 

Can I import a list of "options" into the Visual Multi Select Widget instead of entering them one at a time in Widget Settings ? 

Also is there a limit to the number of options the Widget can support ?

or 

Do you know of a better way to display and select a "Pick List " with a large number of options (over 100)

Unfortunately, the widget does not have an import option, however, if you have the items listed in a text editor, or Excel file, you can copy and paste them at once, example:
