How can I get my old database that I lost ?

I was not receiving the address data from the forms (Im still not getting all the information that is giveng by the custumers ) so I tried to replace the gaps on the form, after doing that I lost all the previous data of these especific ones.

How can I get these lost information/data back, it is very important for me to have it back.

Please note that this is not safe to remove any fields from the active forms since their associated data is being removed too.

What you can try is restoring the form to some old version (where the fields are not removed) through revision history:

This should restore the data for restored fields.

If you are not getting some data by email, reset the email notification by re-adding it:

- Delete current email notification

- Add a new email notification
