My colleague has set your account to the free plan to see the sale price. However, it seems that it is not working for you. I see that you have upgraded back to the Bronze Yearly at $114.00. Note that this is only for the first year. You will be charged $190.00 for the next year. 

If you want to upgrade to the Black Friday Sale at 50% discount, you will need to downgrade your recent payment. After that, we will set back the account to the free plan again. Next, you will have to clear your browser cookies for Jotform to see the discounted prices.
