Is there any way I can receive Paypal payment without contacting the payer?

I had trusted Jotform would simply redirect payment to my Paypal but turns out it only allows one at a time. I had an event with vendors paying a deposit, luckily only 2 used PayPal as others decided to pay in cash. The first vendor paid and the second did as well and since then I've been unable to finish "pending". The first vendor has been cooperative but the second one isn't going to cooperate with us. I've voided the first vendor on PayPal and received payment from them

Is there any way I can receive payment without contacting the payer at this point?

The pending payment means that someone has aborted the payment process after being redirected to Paypal. Our forms and Paypal can handle payments simultaneously. However, if you mean that the payment is received but appears as pending in the form then there's something wrong with it.

I'd suggest checking this guide to know more about the pending/incomplete payments: https://www.jotform.com/help/272-Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ.

If you would like to notify about their pending payment, you may consider enabling the incomplete notification. Here's our guide for this settings: https://www.jotform.com/help/273-How-to-setup-Incomplete-Payment-Notification-E-mail

    I hope that helps.
