I can't seem to find the skip a page conditional formatting. Please see this image for your reference: https://i.imgur.com/EVzmkxe.png
Is this an option that's only available for paid plans?

I couldn't find an account related to email@example.com. Could you please send me your form ID.
'Skip To/ Hide A Page' condition disappears if form layout setting is selected as 'Single Question in One Page'. However, Show/Hide condition accomplishes the Skip to a Page condition functionality for the new form layout.
On the other hand, to enable 'Skip To/ Hide A Page' condition please follow these steps:
1. Go to Form Settings->Settings->Show More Options->Form Layout
2. Then select 'All Questions in One Page'.
After that, your form layout will be old form layout and skip to a page condition becomes available.
