Form over quota

    Hello ladies and gentlemen, 

    A few week ago I created a form without an account.
    Now the link opens a page that says "Form over quota".

    I wanted to check that because the form has not been used too much until now. 
    However, I could not open the building page. It says "Form over quota" aswell. 

    So I created an account with the same google email address that is connected to the form (it shows the spreadsheet). But when I log in, the form is not listed. 

    Could someone maybe help me with these two issues?

    Can I import the form from the guest account and edit it on my new account?
