Problemi con l'accesso

Buongiorno! Purtroppo per la seconda volta, mentre creavo un modulo,  il programma mi ha bloccato l'accesso e il collegamento ai moduli che ho sul mio sito! Questo è un grosso problema! I clienti non possono registrarsi! Per favore potete risolvere al più presto?
