Cancel subscription

Hello i would like to cancel my subscription please as i havent used Jotform for over a 6 month now.

I have been charged for 1 year on 25th of november so if you would be able to cancel it please.

i would like a refund please

I checked your account and you're now back to the free account. I also can see that my colleague already process a refund for your last payment.
