File not found on a submission entry

Please make sure the Privacy settings "Require to Log-in to view uploaded files" is disabled or please make sure the user is logged in to JotForm when opening the uploaded files.

I see your in your user profile settings that "log in to view uploaded files" is unchecked.
However, when I tried to check your form (https://form.jotform.com/41865376114255) I saw it is missing all of its submission data. To resolve this problem you need to go here:
And uncheck the "Store my data only in Europe (Germany)" option:
