Account: Change username

    Hello, our company has decided to change the name of this account to CHITX, if that is available. Also, even though I'm logged into DecodeDigital, the username on this question appears as decodemain, which is another account we own.

    decodemain and DecodeDigital are different accounts but they are using the email. Probably that caused the confusion on your login. If you login by entering DecodeDigital as username, you will be logged in to the correct account.

    I now changed the username of DecodeDigital to CHITX so please use that when next log in to JotForm.
