I'm trying to login, have reset my password, and my account still says it is Suspended. Can you please tell me how to fix this?
Also, we are at our max for submissions. Can you tell me how to delete submissions from ONE form (not all of them), please?

We do not allow for the collection of banking details through forms.
Your "New Employee Info" form requests such details.
If you would like, we can remove the offending fields and activate your account.

That is fine. It's surprising it has taken that long to be suspended since the form has been active for over a year but that is fine.
Please let me know what I need to do to get our account back in order.

I have deleted the suspected form fields from your form and activated your account. Do try to sign in to your JotForm account and get back to us if you have any trouble.
Kindly refrain from creating form with email/password, login/password, credit card or bank account details.
