    Hi!

so I orgininaly encrypted both of my surveys - but I need for another person to be able to download the encryption key, but I don't know where to find it now! I need for the survey responses to be able to be read from two different computers - is there a way to get the encryption key downloaded on another computer?

You may try to find your key in the "Downloads" folder:

The only way to decrypt the data in another computer, is by using the same encryption key, if you lost it, basically there is no way to decrypt the data: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them

Please note that generating a new key will not solve the problem, the new key will only work for future submissions, not for the ones you already have, let us know if you have more questions.
