We have our school application through jotform and we've had numerous parents contact me and say that the form is not available. I have been able to connect to the form - on all of the different browsers. i'm not sure what else to do to help them access the form. I've included the screen shot one parent sent to me with the error.

I opened your form and I can see that it is working properly. I also checked your account and I can see that it is in good status.
I have cleared your form cache on our server. After that, please try sharing this link: http://www.jotform.us/form/71935268303155
If the issue still persists, please ask them to try different internet browser.
