    Hi,

    Thanks for the awesome site.

Quick question: I'm building an ecommerce website www.dermbrain.com. My goal is to create a product that includes an online form that can be filled out and then a submission button allowing user to pay for the service and submit the information to me (via email). Basically an online medical consultation.

Jotform makes it easy to create the form suited to my needs. My question is:

    1. Can I embed the form into my current Go Daddy hosted ecommerce site such that each form is part of a product for sale. Hence the user fills out the form and then pays and submits with one click?

    2. Would it be simpler to use Jotform's payment function as part of the form. And if so, how can I integrate that into my currently hosted site? Is there a simple way to do this?

The problem I'm having is figuring out how to integrate the form submission and payment function into one click.

    Any suggestions would be great!

    Thanks,

    Raashid

    Thank you for contacting us.

This is probably possible, but as far as I understand, there is no easy solution. Custom programming is required for that work around.

    2. Would it be simpler to use Jotform's payment function as part of the form. And if so, how can I integrate that into my currently hosted site? Is there a simple way to do this?

Yes, it is pretty easy to set up payment forms with us. It is possible to use either PayPal Pro or Authorize.Net option to collect Credit Card payments directly from your form, it works without redirection to the payment gateway websites.

Here you can find a basic tutorial about placing a form to the website. In this case you will be able to receive your payments with submissions in one click.

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.

Thanks for the succinct answers. I'll read through the tutorial and probably use the second option. Thanks again for an awesome form builder!
