Viewing submissions after making changes to a form

Hi, if we make changes to one of our dropdown menus in a form, will we still be able to see old submissions that have the old dropdown info in our submissions inbox?

If by just editing the options, yes, you should still see the old submissions on your submissions page. The only time you won't be able to see it is when you delete the field related to it in your form.
