How to change my subcription plan?

I wanted to purchase the yearly rate for our account but I was nervous to subscribe to it due to the fact it says ...

month 9.50/monthly

month 95.00/monthly 

I'm assuming that it is $95/year.  I would rather pay the $95 for the year so please let me know how I can make the adjustment.
