Email verification: not receiving

    I have selected the email verification but nothing ever is sent.  I checked with the web host and he doesn't even see anything either.

    When I check the logs, it seems the verification email has been sent successfully.

    Also, whitelisting Jotform IP addresses can be helpful for you:

    I checked spam and junk and it does not show.  The only email that I received from jotform was the black friday special.  Any ideas?

    Have you guys had any luck?  I copied the link from above and it appears the email has been verified but I am not receiving any test emails from the form.  I have only received JotForms black Friday info and todays year end sale.
