Payments Limitson different Jotfrom Subscription Plans

Hi, we have a form that has one payment method/field on it for a conference registration. We just got a note saying our payment limit was reached. We are confused. Is the monthly payment limit such that the form can only take one payment from one person one time the entire month? That seems like a very small amount. And is the 10 monthly payments such that we can only have 10 people pay via the form one time each month? Are we understanding this correctly? 

Yes you are absolutely right. The payment limitations means that for free payment you can only receive one payment per month. If you subscribe to the Bronze plan you will be able to receive 10 payments in a month.
