I put all of the 'legal-ease' in the agreement as text fields. When submitted, however, those text fields are not maintained in the database. Just the fields that are filled out by the client.
Here is the form:
Is there a way to keep all of the text and fields on this form, so it has both the agreement terms and the signatures when completed?

I suggest you enable the "Show Headers and Texts" option in the Submissions page before you export it to a PDF file. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-Show-Headers-and-Text-in-the-PDF.
After you enable that option, you can just click the "PDF" button and then select the "Download PDF" option.
