What is happen with my records?

most of my oldest records are gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I initiated a restore of submissions that might have been disabled by our system, so please check.

If the submissions were deleted, we cannot recover them.

Ok, i check now and that´s return. But any records will not deleted by me... what´s happen? I still worried now.

Since you have a lot of forms, I'm not sure which one to check, could you please point us to the ones that you have the submissions missing from?

So we can check the logs and try to find out what happened.
