Hi,
I am using a form today for #GivingTuesday (I work for a non-profit). I just got an email saying my payment limit has been reached and that my forms will be disabled on Wednesday at noon. I tested it, and it seems like payments can still come through. Will I stop receiving donations NOW, or Wednesday at noon?
Thanks so much - it's critical that I am able to get donations for my non-profit! I didn't see anything about a payment limit when I signed up for the free trial, so I am a bit frustrated that we may not get our donations on this big day of giving.

Sorry for the inconvenience,as I have checked your account it has reached its limit of payments for FREE USERS/Starter which is 1 payment for each account, to be able to receive payments further please upgrade your plan. For Bronze 10 payments,Silver 100 payments and Gold unlimited.
Also, being a "nonprofit" you are entitled of the nonprofit pricing which is 50% off any paid plan. You can check the link here : https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/
