Hello musicconnectz. As it has been replied on your first post, your account was disabled because you have reached the file size upload limit for free users. You will need to free up some space by deleting submissions which has files attached to it. Or you can upgrade to a paid subscription for you to use a higher storage capacity for file uploads.
Please let us know if you have further questions or concerns.

You can free up space by deleting the submissions from your form which you also received files from it, just how you did when you deleted your submissions earlier.
Form submissions without any files attached to it are fine to stay in your form. These submissions won't take up file storage space on your account.
In addition, you can also integrate your form with Dropbox if in case you wish your form to have the files forwarded to your Dropbox account. If you have installed their app, you will also be able to download your files from your file submissions in JotForm, in real time. But please take note that youre storage capacity here is different from Dropbox.
You can learn more about JotForm with Dropbox integration on this page.
