Hi, When a form is submitted it is emailed to us but it remains on JotForm too. Is there any way I can specify how long the submission is kept for on Jotform before being removed?
I am just concerned that with GDPR we need to justify the data we collect and how long we keep it for, ideally I would like submission data to wipe itself out after 1 month.

It is not possible to specify how long the submission is kept for on Jotform. The data will be stored on our servers until you delete them. Inside of this guide you can find how to delete form submission data:
We also have an Auto Delete Submissions App - https://apps.jotform.com/app/auto_delete_submissions
However, this app is deleting the form submissions as soon as they are received.
We are not yet GDPR compliant. GDPR will be implemented in May 2018 and hopefully by then we will be GDPR compliant.
