How can I ensure that submissions from a particular form are recieved?

Submissions from the following form occasionally stop coming in.

I go into the back end, take out the email recipient address and then enter it again and it fixes the problem. This happens every couple of months. Can an individual at Jotform please look into this issue and let us know how to avoid the problem in the future?

1. I checked the system and found that infoca@amwater.com was in the bounce list. This usually occurs when incoming email from JotForm was rejected by your email provider.

I have removed infoca@amwater.com from the bounce list. So you should be able to receive email now there.

3. Furthermore, as you would like to prevent this from happening again you can consider either whitelisting JotForm's IP addresses, or using a custom SMTP server setup.
