How can I post leads based on conditions?

Hello, 

I was looking to create conditional forms with Jotform to embed on my website, but I would like to post the lead back to my CRM with special fields depending on what options they select on the form. Similarly, I would like to post that lead to different "email journeys" in my autopilothq account through Zapier according to what answers they selected with the form. Is this type of setup possible with Jotform? If so, how would I go about setting this up?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to send contacts to CRMs based on conditions, integrations will send all the submissions based on the mapped fields, this is the same on the JotForm native integrations or any other 3rd party such as Zapier.
