How do we stop receiving spam submissions to our account?

    We get a lot of registrations in our account newsletter euraka Akademie. We think it´s an spam attack of a russian user und we can´t stop this process. We have removed the button for the Newsletter registration on our website, but the problem does persists. What should we do? We wouldn´t like upload our jotform account voluntarily. On Friday last week we have involved the german police with this problem.

    Please provide us with the IP address from the spam submissions received so that we can block it from our end. You may enable the IP address option from the Submission settings to display it. 

    Also, you may consider using Captcha field on the form so that the automatic submissions can be avoided. Additionally, you can enable the unique question or unique submission option from the Form settings to avoid multiple submissions from the same user/location.
