Why is the quantity "4" missing in the products of payment field?

    I've created two different forms that have a quantity dropdown (shopping cart). I set the quantity range from 1 to 10. The four is missing from each dropdown.

    I have cloned one of the JotForms provided to my account and see that the quantity field is not displaying 4 in the drop-down. As I tried to add a new product, it is displaying all the quantities normally. I have tried changing the quantity setting for the existing products from the drop-down to Textbox and then changed back to dropdown. By making this change for each product, it is displaying all the numbers in the quantity without any issue. Please see the screencast below:
