Is it possible to recover processing fees?

Does JotForm have an option to ask people who make donations to help cover the credit card processing fee? A lot of other forms allow this, but I haven't been able to find it in JotForm. Thanks!

Just FYI, we do not take any processing fees. Our form only forwards the amount through API to the payment gateway you are using. If there are any processing fees, it is controlled by the payment gateway itself.

Since you are using Paypal payment gateway, please log in to your Paypal account and manage the donations as well as the extra fees. You can also contact Paypal for assistance.
