Issues with pdf version of form - fields not working as intended

    Hi,

I am evaluating your product to use at our company and am very satisfied with the online version of the forms but the pdf's seem to be lacking.  Perhaps there are things that I am not aware of but the date picker doesn't show up on pdf, the multi-select dropdown tool does not allow multiple selections and some of the formatting seems off.  It looks even worse if opened by a chrome pdf viewer.  I have attached a screenshot.

I also have a question about editing pdf forms once they are sent to Box.  Is there any functionality for the ability to edit a submitted form (that is sent to box) from within box?  Is there any plan to have this functionality in the future?

    Many thanks

The layout structure of the converted PDF is based on the form itself. Unfortunately, the styles can't be carried due to the PDF engine limit. The same goes for the fields with special functionalities, it is converted into a regular textbox so it still has used in the PDF. Please check this article to learn more about the fillable PDF and its limits https://www.jotform.com/help/312-JotForm-Fillable-PDF-Creator-with-All-Points.

You can customize the entire PDF submissions report of your form, the same PDF report would be saved on any integrations. Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report
