Use Calculation Values: Deleted options are not deleting assigned values

I'm seeing an issue with the calculation area of the dropdown field. When I remove an option from the dropdown, it removes that option in the settings as well. However, in the calculations area of the settings, it isn't removing the value. In other words, the values don't shift up. The selections for the dropdown shift up, but the value for the deleted selection stays in place and becomes the value for the selection that moved up.

I'm sure that this is clear as mud. If someone from JotForm could contact me, I could walk through the form in question.

Unfortunately, this is how it works at the moment. I was able to reproduce the issue.

I have forwarded a ticket to our developers to see if this is something that can be fixed.
