It is hard to select checkbox and form is not calculating the value

Hi guys, we have a very serious problem with some of our forms, they are not adding items correctly and the check boxes are hard to select, this is an embarrassment to our school, can you please check the form and let us know what is wrong so this will never happen again? Thank you.

I did test your form and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. When I selected checkbox, the "Total" amount was calculated correctly. I did have some issue in selecting the checkbox but I injected the following custom css code in form and that seems to have fixed this issue:

.form-checkbox {

    margin-top: 0px !important;

}

I was able to select the checkboxes of form and the "Total" amount is calculated correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.

Hi, the issue still in place, the form is adding incorrectly, all the calculations are wrong, can you see the submissions> If yes, take a look at this form's submissions, for example look at the submission from a parent called "Olga Denisko" you will see that she chose 2 classes and added the classes incorrectly, again this is an embarrassment for our school, please help us with this issue as soon as possible, thank you. 

I found the cause of wrong calculation. The Checkbox for Piano was added 2x in the Calculation.

Please check and correct as needed. I believe that should fix the issue.

Well i tried to fix it, I could not delete the second Piano, when I did it deleted the whole thing, I tried to place all the fields as best I could, now it does not even add, the total field is empty, now everything is worst and the parents are using this form now. please can you just fix it for us?? This is an emergency please!

Upon checking your form I see some problems.

First in the "Total" Form calculation field the dollar sign is in Number type. That will cause your calculation to be invalid.

I have now change it to "String" by clicking it.

I also checked the Multiple choice properties which has the price of the items. And all the Calculation Values are empty.

I have added the same numbers in the "Calculation Values" of each item's price.

Please check it now and see if there are still error or some miscalculations.
