Hi team, we have an urgent question and would like to reopen a submitted (closed) form for a participant again so he can enter more answers. It is concerning below link. Thanks for getting back to me asap. Karma

Your form is active and working fine.

If you want to accept new submissions, just provide them your form URL.

    https://form.jotform.me/CLevelSurvey/Modified_WM_Survey_C-Level_Survey

or you can append the session parameter if you want to allow users to save and continue later, whichever you prefer. Example:

    https://form.jotform.me/CLevelSurvey/Modified_WM_Survey_C-Level_Survey?session=115

If you have further questions, let us know.

Hi EltonCris, thanks for your reply. But I am referring to one specific form that is closed now and we want to re-open it. Basically to in-submit it so the participant can go in and continue to edit the answers. How do we do that? Thanks, Karma

I'm not sure if I'm understanding correctly your question, if you're trying to receive new submissions then you may simply share the form's link and new submissions will appear on your submissions page, as your form is currently active nothing else is required to have it working.

Now, if you're looking to allow users to edit their submitted data then you will need to extract the edit submission link so they can edit it, this link may help with that: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1130413-Extracting-the-edit-submissions-link

You may also provide us more details in case I misunderstood your question.

    Thanks.
