    I have checked your account luengoo and it's currently on the bronze status, you can check your current plan and limits on the following links:

    If you're referring to a different account, please provide us with the username so we can check from our end.

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that your submission limits have not reset?

    Please note the submission limits are rest only on the first day of every month. Your account limits will reset on Dec 01, 2017.
