I am not receiving my notification email

    Dear Jotform,

    Please could you help me to receive the notification email that I have set up when my form "Norwich Audition Registration Form" is submitted?

    I have successfully received the test email to my email address but when I submitted the form twice I didn't receive the notification email.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    I have checked your email log and found that two emails has been sent to you from the mentioned form.

    You can check your history from your account settings.

    Go to: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/history


    I have cloned your form and submitted it. I got the submission email right away in my email.

    Please check your spam folder. Also, please wait for a while to see if the mail arrives or not.
