Product Purchase - PayPal

Hi guys,

I will make this as simple as possible so that I get the point across and easy for you to understand.

I have a digital product for sale.

Once the customer successfully purchases the item from PayPal, I want PayPal to then send them to the product download page, (my page website URL), would they only be sent there if the purchase was sanctioned by Paypal only?

I think I have put that down right lol.

If you add an email field you could setup an email autoresponder with a link to the digital download page be sent on submission. Note that you would have to mark the payment field as required so that the customer must pay in order to submit.

Thanm you for your answer. I like the idea, but I'd need walking through as I am new to all this. I have seen autoresponder somewhere on here before, I'd be damned if I can find it again.

Why's nothing easy in life? LOL

If you add an Email field to your form, the autoresponder email should be added automatically. If not, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email
