Unable to avail discounted plans

Hi

I tried to upgrade to Bronze at $9.50 but it billed at $19.00. I wish to pay the one of amount to attain the $9.50 per month but your web site will not allow me.

Please advise

Our discounted price is only applicable to the Yearly and Bi-Yearly payment schedule.

I checked your account and you are currently subscribed to Bronze Monthly Plan. To avail the discounted price, you will need to choose either Yearly or Bi-Yearly payment schedule.

I would like to change to the yearly billing option immedeatly, I have cancelled the monthly but it will not downgrade until the end of December, will the lower rate be available then ?
