Subject Line needs changing on form

This is coming in with the wrong subject line ( Euro awards) it should say Canada Awards . How do I fix the subject line to reflect the joyform

I checked your account with the username: courtneyberryirmagazinecom but I didnt find any form exists under that account.

Can you please try changing the Email Subject from the Email settings?

Go to Settings->Emails and click Edit Notification icon
