Good morning. I am getting emails from my forms submitted by my customers. However, the form isn't in a format I can use when sent to me. Is there a way I can get my form as a pdf in my email after submission from my customer?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by enabling "PDF Attachment" in the advanced settings of your email alert. Please check the screenshot below on how to enable "PDF Attachment":
