Good morning...we are getting ready for out 2018 tournament and there were 2 things that I need to take care of on our registration form from last year. I have included 2 screenshots... a shot of our original form and a shot of what the customer has printed out.
You will note that on the form that our customer prints out has the words "Tax" instead of the 3% Paypal fee which is in our original form. That needs to be fixed. In addition at the bottom of our form is the "Hold Harmless" paragraph does not print out which absolutely has to be corrected. Other than that the form worked perfectly!! I look forward to your response. Mary

To show the text in oyur PDF submissions you must enable Show Headers and Texts option in the sumbission's page.
Go to submissions
after you would be redirected to the sumbission's page on the right side, click the gear button to open the settings.
Scroll down until you find Show Headers and Texts click it.
Do let us know if you need further assistance.

Thank you for your help. I can see the Hold Harmless on my end but does that mean that when the customer prints out his receipt it will also be on his printout? Also the word "Tax" is still on the submission form...that needs to say paypal service charge because we do not charge tax. I have attached a screenshot of the submission...Thanks again! Mary

If the user is printing the submission PDF, then yes, the text is included in the PDF output as well. This includes the PDF that can be sent via email.

Great.....what about at the subtotal where it says tax instead of 3% paypal fee?

I see that the label for the Tax field is changed in the payment wizard. However, it looks like the submission is displaying the default sublabel text for the products from the payment field. Let me forward the issue to our backend team to take a look. Once we have any information in this regard, you'll be posted here.

Thank you for reporting this issue.
It has been fixed now. However, this fix will not update your old submissions. Your new submissions and also your new submission PDFs will be the correct Tax text.
Fantastic....as always you guys are the best!
