Unable to see the captcha field in the submission page

    I am having captcha issues, it will not let me responding to submission because the captcha needs to change, how do you do that?

    Are you referring to the submission panel? Here's a screenshot:


    If yes, please complete the Captcha field in order to proceed. If you cannot see the Captcha field, try log out to your account and log back in. 

    If you're referring to a different issue, please provide more details so we can assist you properly. Also, please provide the form link so we can try to replicate the issue.

    No field is showing up.

    I am not able to replicate the issue you reported on your account.


    Did you try to log out from your account and log back in, like my colleague suggested? 

    You can also try to use some other browser or try in incognito mode.

    If the issue still persists, tell us which browser and device are you using and also provide us a screenshot of a console report from your end.
