Email bounce list, no confirmation emails being sent

    I am still getting emails from my staff about not getting RSVP/confirmation emails about registering for our Holiday Party. They receive something from PayPal (for those who are bringing a guest) but nothing from me/JotForm. Also, I keep receiving a pop up message from JotForm saying that my email in on the bounce list. I need this fixed ASAP. This is not the first JotForm with these issues. This is the 3rd time messaging in regards to this form/these issues.

    Your address was indeed on the bounce list and has been removed.  The error given was in regards to your email provider blocking what it believes to be spoofed emails.  This is likely due to using the verified sender method of sending emails.  While it lists your address as the sender, the emails are still originating from our services.

    If you need the emails sent from your own address, in this case you would need to use SMTP:

    Or send the emails directly from our noreply@jotform.com address.

    I need for people registering to receive a confirmation email. I don't care who it's from. And I need to get emails when they register and pay.

    I'm still receiving the pop ups saying my email is on the bounce list. I am also still not receiving any RSVP notification emails. Our staff are still not receiving confirmation emails in regards to their RSVPs.

    Your email address will go in our bounce list when incoming messages from JotForm are rejected by your email provider.

    I just removed you again. So you will be receiving email there now.

    However, if you want to prevent this from reoccurring you need to use a custom server to send your email instead of JotForm.

    This way you are bypassing the bounce list.

    You can signup for a free Gmail account and use it as a custom SMTP server.
