WordPress Plugin: Seeming incompatibility with WordPress

    Hello!

I'm using WP 4.9 and want to embed a JotForm into a page, preferring to use the JF plugin that I obtained. When clicking on the pencil icon in the WP text editor, all I get is a grey box popping up. Here's a screenshot.

I believe it's possible to cut and paste some HTML generated from JF into the WP editor, and I'll investigate that possibility, but would really much prefer to do it through the plugin.

I've started developing using WP and believe that JF can take the place of many WP plugins and be much more versatile and functional. Thanks for making JF available!

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

We have a couple of plugins for WordPress. Can you please tell us which of the ones shown below you are using?

If one does not work, can you please try the other one (shown above)?

Indeed we have other ways of adding JotForm your WordPress site without using plugins. You can embed your form by following the steps below.

My trouble has been with the Embed Form plugin.
I've been successfully employing the noted 3rd party publish option for
WP and had success. It's just a bummer that the plugin doesn't work.
