Is it possible to have a payment option in a form, but have it not linked to a banking account? Basically, our organization uses Tessitura to process payments made over the phone or via check. I would like to make a way for patrons to pay online instead, but instead of processing it through one bank account to another, I have the ability to access the information and process it through the company's payment processor.

You need to use one of our payment processors to collect payments online. Please check this guide.

Please take note that collecting credit card information using regular text fields and asking for sensitive information are not allowed here in JotForm. I suggest you check our terms of use.

If you need to collect sensitive information like bank account number, you need to have these in your form:

    1. An agreement stating the usage of sensitive information. You can use the "Text" tool. You may also use the Short Scrollable Terms widget or Terms & Conditions widget.

    2. Digital signature field. You can use the E-Signature widget or the Smooth Signature widget.

If you need to collect the billing information and charge the customer at a later date, then please enable the payment authorization. Here's how: https://www.jotform.com/help/292-How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, let us know. Thank you.
