Is it possible to increase the font size for the newer style "single question in one page" forms? The only thing I see in the designer is being able to change the colors of the next, previous, and submit buttons and changing the background.
This is something that is really needed because the default size is pretty small.

Font sizing is fixed in the new form layout. The default sizing should be quite large:
If there is something specific that is too small, let us know and we can forward it to our developers for consideration.

The sub labels under the options are very tiny and when using the multi-line question element, the only option currently available to ask questions is sub labels. This makes the multi-line question element (potentially one of the more end user friendly elements) harder to use.

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to increase the font size of the sub labels. I will raise your request to our developers. However, we can not provide you the exact time when and if this will be implemented.
For now, I can only suggest you to use the Description option.

Considering that your other request is not related to the subject of this thread, I have moved it to a separate thread and we will provide you an answer there shortly - https://www.jotform.com/answers/1311227
