Uploaded photos as multiple select items are not displayed on the form

Hello! I am creating a form for our team members to select and order corporate shirts.

I would like to have a photo of the various shirt styles that are available, and began construction of that option item.

The first three photos uploaded fine. I am able to create additional options (I created options #4 and #5, and will have a few more), but the photo files that appeared to upload properly do not appear in the selection. Thumbnail images do show in "Image Choice Properties" to the right.

I have cloned your JotForm to my account and see that the images are not being displayed correctly for the other checkboxes. As I investigate the issue further, I notice that the issue is being caused due to the files with 'single quote' in the file name. Please remove the single quote from the file name of the images being uploaded and then try uploading them.
