Sorry for the inconvenience. We still do not have any updates regarding your issue on this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1238738. If you have any follow up, please post it in that thread.

I checked your webpage and it seems that there are script conflicts between the form and the webpage.

Please try to re-embed the form using this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/70-Adding-a-Form-to-Your-Wix-Site.

If the issue persists, please re-embed the form using iFrame code. The iFrame should be inserted in the HTML Code section in Wix. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.

Hope that works. If not, then you might need to wait for our developers to fix the issue on your previous thread. Thank you for your understanding

I see that your JotForm is embedded using iframe embed code on your Wix website. Please use the direct URL to embed the form on your website by following the guide below:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/70-Adding-a-Form-to-Your-Wix-Site

Also, please try filling the form using the direct URL and let us know how it goes.

Please get back to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist further.

Hi, the answer by Kiran is the latest and the one before is from Jan. I went with Jan's first and changed the form and removed the logo and did all the CSS and embedding. The form on an iPhone still will just go to the bottom when filling the first camp week and when you go back up to fill in the name it drops to the bottom after putting one letter in.

I also completed Kiran's instructions and it still does all the same as every time since July when a customer complained. I really like Jotform and really would like the form to work.

So I am getting back to you since the issue is still persisting

Please avoid opening more than one thread for the same issue. Your issue was addressed originally on the following thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1238738

Unfortunately, there is no much we can do rather than suggesting you to provide your form's direct link to iOS users.

The issue was forwarded to our back-end team. Unfortunately, we have not received any updates, and there isn't an estimated time-frame for a resolution.

We would appreciate if you could keep any reply, comments, feedbacks, etc, in the original thread, because the report has been sent in that thread, and our developers will be aware of the need of having the issue fixed.

Hi Bdavid, could you explain to me how I would provide a direct link to iOS users? Would that be separate reg button on the website and how would I know that they filled it out?

Also, does this mean that all Jotforms will not work on anyone's IPhone? I really like using Jotforms though it seems that many people are starting to use their phones to register now.

I would appreciate any help that you could provide.

    Thanks, Otis

The easiest way is to provide a clickable link to your form on your web page. This way, when they visit your page, they can just click on the link which will lead them to your form where they can fill the form up and submit. Then on your form's thank you page settings, just redirect it back to your web page. You can check this guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/211-Setting-up-the-Thank-You-Page

With regarding your next inquiry, unfortunately, the answer there is yes. But as it seems that the matter has been escalated, as Jan had said, we'll have to wait for updates from our developer in relation to the submitted ticket to our developers.

    Thanks.
