I have tried several time to get the coupon to work. It is not taking the amount off at the form level nor is it transferring it to PayPal. I needed this to happen tonight and it is not so had to pivot. I had to remove the coupon and add another "product".

I checked your form and I didn't see any coupon added to your payment settings.
