Dropdown with graphics?

Is it possible to place a picture above the Title or above the menu in Dropdown?

Unfortunately, this is not possible with JotForm's current features. If this functionality is extremely important to you, you can achieve this by downloading your forms entire source code, implement some javascript codes in it and uploading it to your web server.

However, I see that you have been using the new form layout in your form. Unfortunately, it isn't possible to download the full source code of the form which is created with the new layout.
