My jotform has been linked with my bank account so that my customers can purchase through my form. I have attached my business account to receive payments, customers have been purchasing our products but the money does not come into my account now for a few weeks.
I want to fix this and I also want to double check that I entered my account number and bsb number correctly .
could you please assist me with these as it is an URGENT matter.

I checked submissions of your form and I saw that you have 26 incomplete payments. You can see the incomplete fields from your form submissions.
Incomplete Payments are abandoned payments. For example, the user might have closed the browser or abandon it after they are redirected to the Paypal's checkout page. You can learn more by clicking this guide:
If you see payment submissions as paid on your 'Submissions' page, but you don't see these on your bank account, please send us detailed information about those submissions.
